Li-ion battery charger

Aero Power Technology Co., Ltd. had successfully developed the ”adv_BCT Integrated Technology”, by using APT’s Battery Control Technology and utilized patents techniques. The features of adv-BCT Li-ion/ Li-polymer Charger are：

1. The advance patent technologies of the Battery Charger supplied by APT are fundamentally different from other battery chargers. The multiple functions with mini size and light weight as well as no-spark during connection and reverse polarity protection had made the charger become to be a most sophisticated electronic device.



2. APT's Battery Charger transforms the 90VAC~264VAC into 24VDC at 50,000Hz (min.-much faster than conventional charger) by using switching modulation which requires a much smaller transformer and this results in a unit of smaller size, low weight and improved efficiency.



3. Plug in and Charge: When power on, the charger will be always under standby Mode, when a battery been connected, it will detect and determine the battery is good or fail by pre-charging mode.



4. Pre-Charging: Sensing the charging status and pre-charging battery, till a minimum voltage been achieved, then perform fast charging, if the voltage of battery can not raise to a certain value after pre-charging, then charger will determine the battery is a poor battery and stop charging.



5. Temperature protect: During charging, if the temperature raise to a defined temperature, charging stop and holding, till the temperature drop to a safety range, it will recover and charge the battery to full. If the temperature raise to a dangerous degree, charging will stop.



6. Safety Gate: At any moment, when battery been disconnected, charger will cut off power to protect user from been electric shock.



7. Highly precise output cause that the output current in ±1% and Low noise meet CISPER II Class B requirement.



8. No cooling fan and natural convection are realized in the lightest and smallest size APT’s Charger.
